On the 10thof October, the Marketing Genius Challenge of 2012 was launched! This premium contest is designed for young marketing addicts that are eager to measure themselves with other marketers. The contest is open for students and marketing professionals who are maximum 30 years old.

The contest itself consists out of three stages. During a first stage, the marketing knowledge of the participants is tested through an online questionnaire. When a participant passes the first round, he or she will be asked to his or her point of view with us on a challenging marketing topic. In order to do so, the participants can write a paper, make a video, record an audio message or make a powerpoint presentation. A jury of experienced marketers will evaluate the different point of views and elect the best ones to go through to the final.

The final round will take place on the 26thof November. That day, the finalists will present their paper and the Marketing Genius of 2012 will be announced in each category. The event will be organized at The House of Marketing in Mechelen and is open for everybody who is interested, so if you want to attend the final event, please send an email to veronique.vanderhoydonks@thom.eu.

We also invite you to spread the word! If you are a young marketing professional or if you know any marketing addicts, do not hesitate to test your marketing knowledge, share this contest with your collegues and encourage others to participate! Can you imagine what an honor it would be if the Marketing Genius of 2012 is somebody working at your marketing department?
