Health Care Marketing tactics stay traditional
Top marketing tactics are detailing, congresses and trainings. But are these tactics still adequate in 2011-2012?
Although these 3 tactics favor human interactions, they are still expensive and conservative. Budgets of Health Care companies are more and more challenged by the requirements of governments, market access and R&D. Some companies have already taken drastic decisions on their organization and customer activities. Customers do not welcome detailing as warmly as before and sales force effectiveness statistics are showing their limits. New channels have appeared but have not met sector expectations yet.
